Connecting Bluetooth Headset in Ubuntu

Now a days bluetooth is one of the most common device that people use to listen music, or even talk with some one in phone or in laptop. Most of the recent laptop comes with build in bluetooth adopter. It is pretty easy to connect bluetooth device with head set. It is also very easy to connect bluetooth device with laptop having OS windows XP or Windows vista. But in windows 7 and in any version of Ubuntu it is very difficult.
Actually it is not very difficult to pairing this device with either in Windows 7 or in Ubuntu. But in Windows 7 there is no option to connect the device. So it is bit automatic kind of thing depending on the last connection. if it is not connecting to windows 7 you have to pair it again with the laptop and then you can listen sound through it.
But in Ubuntu the problem is you can pair it and even connect it but you will not listen any audio through your headset. That is because Ubuntu can not redirect audio to your head set. You can solve this problem using following way.
First install Blueman, a graphical bluetooth management system. Now pair your headset. Now right click on the headset icon and chose audio sink. It will connect automatically. Now go to preference > sound > go to hardware tab > here you can see your device > select it and select "High Fidelity playback (A2DP)" > then go to output tab > silect your device. Now you should hear audio through your device.
Hope you can now use your bluetooth head set with Ubuntu.
Cheers
